Job summary

Bojangles' in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop a staff focused on guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability, while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include building an inviting store culture, coaching staff, ensuring adherence to BoFood and BoLabor, and driving WOW service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
