Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza franchise locations, seeks an energetic General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant in Oklahoma. You’ll coach teams, ensure product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

This role requires 3 years of leadership, ability to manage up to 20 staff, and readiness to work about 50 hours weekly including weekends. You’ll recruit, train, schedule staff, and implement store action plans to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals.
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
