Qualifications

• 2-3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
• A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings.
• A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
• A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and can-do attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
• Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.
