P. Terry's Burger Stand in Cypress, Texas is seeking a General Manager InTraining to lead a fast-paced team and foster a People-First culture that values guests and crew.

You will hire, train, and develop managers, drive sales, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and build strong ties with the local community.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and ongoing leadership development through regular trainings.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
• A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings.
• A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
• A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and can-do attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
• Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.
