P. Terry’s Burger Stand is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Kyle, TX.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes culture, staff development, and community engagement, with a focus on growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
• A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings.
• A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
• A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours).
• Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.

• Act as a Hands-On Leader: Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations
