Job summary

Patterson Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center (approx. 5 staff). You will design the facility plan to optimize cost, quality and safety, and oversee daily activities including receiving, stocking, picking and shipping to meet customer expectations.

The role requires building a leadership team, monitoring inventory integrity, reducing loss, managing expenses, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or distribution/fulfillment logistics.
• 8+ years of supervision experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all operations of the Fulfillment Center (≈5 employees).
• Design and implement facility plan to optimize cost, quality and safety.
• Manage daily activities, inventory integrity, and KPI dashboards.
• Negotiate freight contracts and oversee vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
