Job summary

Patterson is seeking a strong Operations Supervisor to partner with the FC Manager in achieving fulfillment goals, while overseeing all department activities, staffing, training and safety programs. You will manage order filling, packing, loading, receiving and cycle counts, ensuring efficient operations.

Lead the team to meet KPIs, coordinate inter-department activities, and participate in QMS projects. This role requires travel to support network operations and a proactive, people-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years in supervision and 2+ years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years ERP experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong soft skills: analytical, problem solving, communication.
• Organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• CPR & First Aid training required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews for the team.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet cost, quality and safety goals.
• Track KPIs and communicate results to staff.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, VAWD, AIB, DEA, and Patterson policies.
• Lead safety programs and cross-functional process improvements.
