Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a Patterson Fulfillment Center or equivalent experience.
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal.
• Organized, strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management.
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Previous experience with SAP and utilizing inventory systems.
• Previous Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily operations of warehouse associates in assigned department, partnering with the Department or Operations Manager to meet fulfillment targets.
• Keep accurate records for Shipping, Receiving, Inventory and Returns; conduct routine audits and address irregularities.
• Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and safety; ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Oversee production flow, unloading, staging and put away of merchandise and materials; perform cycle counts.
• Provide direction, assign responsibilities, motivate the team, and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Mentor employees, measure performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Review timecards for payroll submission and ensure staffing levels meet productivity needs.
