Patterson Veterinary Supply is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center and direct daily activities for a team of about five. You will design the facility plan to optimize cost, quality, and safety, while ensuring on-time receiving, stocking, and dispatching to meet customer expectations.

You will build a leadership bench, monitor inventory integrity, manage expenses, and collaborate with internal/external partners. Compliance with policies and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin/ops or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of supervision and 5+ years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• CPR and First Aid training completed upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct all operations of the Fulfillment Center.
• Design and implement facility plan to optimize cost, quality, and safety.
• Ensure goods are received, stocked, and dispatched on time.
• Identify and build leadership team to monitor inventory integrity and control expenses.
• Evaluate freight services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory and safety requirements.
