Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and empower employees to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and growth plans.
• Experience in maintaining risk and control environments and policy adherence.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
