Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch to lead a team, deliver attentive service, and create a welcoming environment that puts staff and clients first.

You will grow deposits and investments, oversee operations and risk controls, coach the team, develop local business relationships, and represent our brand with hospitality and innovative financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience with risk and control environment and policy adherence.
• Willingness to travel for training/meetings.
• Interest in technology to connect team, partners, clients.
