Job summary

JPMorganChase in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a branch team, deliver exceptional client service, and drive deposits and investments growth. You will guide daily operations, implement strategic plans, and ensure regulatory and risk controls are strong.

The role requires 2+ years of branch leadership experience and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. You will represent the Chase brand, collaborate with specialists, and coach staff to meet performance targets

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent Chase leadership role.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
