Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product guidance to drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store team.
• Coach staff to maintain service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze business KPIs and communicate actions to improve results.
• Plan merchandising, promotions and product placement with the team.
• Ensure execution of loss-prevention and operational controls.
