Job summary

Burger King Blaine is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations and coach a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will manage schedules, training, and performance, while ensuring product quality and HACCP standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time on-site role based in Blaine, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Leads inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Builds shift supervisors' capability and prepares them for progression.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintains welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Reviews sales, scheduling, and QSC metrics with GM to improve results.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and orders; implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and planning; manages onboarding for new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
