Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing franchise in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment. You will lead and coach team members, manage daily operations, and help drive service excellence while maintaining strong financial discipline.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, superb guest service skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
