Job summary

Burger King Joliet is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to develop leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and drive financial performance. You will lead shift teams, run coaching sessions, monitor service speed, and ensure quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include training new members, reviewing schedules, applying cost controls, and partnering with the GM to implement action plans that improve guest metrics while maintaining safety, HACCP logs, and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding processes.
• Implements action plans for employee needs and operational assessments.
