Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead a high-performing team in a fast‑paced Taco Bell franchise environment. You will oversee restaurant operations and coach team members to ensure safe, friendly service while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; schedule demands may change.
• Non-exempt management position; expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.

• Lead staffing, training, and development; manage payroll and costs to maintain profitability.
• Ensure health and safety standards, compliance with all laws, and quality customer service.
