Job summary

Burger King in Texas is seeking a motivated shift supervisor to support fast-paced operations and guest satisfaction.

You will lead team members, deliver training, monitor service speed, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and cost controls.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of supervisory experience and excellent guest service skills; must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
