Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Retail store sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by delivering friendly, consistent service.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Assist and mentor clerks on your shift, fostering teamwork.
• Store Appearance - Help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Ensure product quality and safety standards where applicable.
• Merchandising - Support product presentation and layout alignment with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Oversee shift operations and coordinate team efforts to meet demand.
• Business Operations - Adhere to store policies, inventory and reporting processes.
