Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail store sales experience is desired.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
• Mentor peers, promote teamwork and professional behavior.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance and address appearance issues.
• Monitor food safety? (not applicable to QT but kept as general store standard)
• Ensure effective merchandising and product presentation to meet customer demand.
• Assist with shift management and coordinate cross-shift activities.
• Oversee operational standards, task execution, reporting, and inventory processes.
