Bojangles' in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest experience, sales, and profitability. You’ll partner with the General Manager to build a high-performing team in a customer-centric environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of management, strong leadership and communication, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends with weekly pay and benefits like health insurance and paid time off.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to bend, stand, kneel and lift 25+ lbs.
