Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Memphis to lead teams and drive a guest-centric experience. You will partner with the General Manager to boost traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining Bojangles' standards of hospitality and service.

The role requires a minimum of two years in management, a willingness to work a 50-hour week, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team with strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week, 7 days a week, with flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Uphold BoFood, BoLabor, safety and security standards.
• Participate in inventory management and loss prevention.
