Job summary

Grove Collaborative is seeking a People Experience Associate to support staffing, onboarding, and HR operations at the Reno, NV fulfillment center. You will work closely with PX leadership to keep programs running smoothly and ensure accurate administrative processing.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and curiosity about AI tools that optimize workflows. Collaborate with the PX team to enhance the employee experience from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow established processes with accuracy and consistency.
• Willing to learn ADP/Greenhouse; curious about AI tools and automation.
• Strong communication skills and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Post openings and schedule interviews for warehouse staff (pick/pack, operators).
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and first-day walkthroughs.
• Manage offboarding tasks and ensure records are updated.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and issues.
• Support compensation, benefits, and leave administration tasks.
• Learn HR systems and assist with data entry and reporting.
