Job summary

Grove Collaborative in Reno, NV is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support People Experience operations at our fulfillment center. You’ll help with onboarding, staffing, payroll support, and employee inquiries, ensuring accurate records and smooth day-to-day processes.

The role emphasizes reliability, process discipline, and curiosity about AI-enabled tools. You’ll collaborate with PX leadership, handle routine data entry in ADP and other systems, and grow with the team as

Qualifications

2-4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or ADP is a plus, but a real willingness to learn them is required.
Curious about AI and willing to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Staffing support: post openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics for hiring.
Onboarding coordination: run new hire onboarding and orientation logistics.
Offboarding support: handle administrative steps of offboarding and system updates.
Employee relations assistance: serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and elevate issues when needed.
HR program administration: support compensation, benefits, and leave processes with proper record-keeping.
