Job summary

Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking a People Engagement & Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and maintain confidential employee records. You will partner with department leaders and the Director of People & Culture to ensure accurate timekeeping and compliant processes.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational skills in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in payroll administration, human resources, recruiting coordination, or related administrative role.
• Experience processing payroll and reviewing timekeeping records in a hospitality/club setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, confidentiality, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review and verify timecards, shifts, and scheduling discrepancies.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS entries.
• Support benefit enrollments and employee communications.
