Job summary

Ansley Golf Club is seeking a People Engagement & Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll processing and support recruiting, onboarding, and employee records. You will work closely with department leaders and the Director of People & Culture to ensure accurate timekeeping, compliant payroll, and timely communication with staff.

This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in payroll administration or related HR support.
• Experience with timekeeping, payroll and benefits processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and obtain manager approvals.
• Coordinate applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Respond to payroll and benefits questions from employees and managers.
• Assist with compliance and audits.
• Support engagement activities and communications.
• Provide general administrative support to People & Culture leadership.
