Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of Change Management, PM and Process Improvement experience, with at least two years in healthcare.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Drives measurable improvements in operational efficiency, clinician experience, and patient care outcomes.
• Partners with executive and clinical leadership to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Develops and executes organization-wide change management strategies.
• Identifies change risks, anticipates resistance, and implements mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with Performance Improvement teams to resolve workflow inefficiencies.
• Leads continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen.
• Ensures alignment of people, processes, and technology during system implementations.
• Translates strategies into actionable plans for clinical and leadership audiences.
• Coaches leaders to sponsor and drive adoption of change initiatives.
• Maintains communication plans with progress updates and KPIs.
• Defines, tracks, and reports adoption rates and benefit realization post-implementation.
• Manages end-to-end project execution including planning, governance, and risk management.
