Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new hires and temporary staff, including plans, policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist payroll processing, time and attendance, and reporting; support HRIS/Payroll systems.
