Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of employment laws (remote and onsite workforce), benefits administration, HRIS systems, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional interaction and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee experience with HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, multi-state, and local employment laws.
• Assist HRIS/Payroll, time and attendance, and reporting.
• Coordinate annual benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Process offboarding documentation and unemployment claims compliance.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Advise leadership on compliance matters and HR-related issues.
• Promote company values and employee engagement.
