Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Workplace & Engagement Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for the corporate office, supporting employee events and culture programs that shape how we work together.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership to bring ideas to life, manage event logistics and budgets, and positively impact the employee experience across in-person and virtual initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event coordination, employee engagement, HR, administration, or a customer-facing front desk role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to remain stationary for 75% of the time; occasional movement required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company events such as town hall meetings, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, wellness events, volunteer days, and employee appreciation events.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, and reimbursements; track invoices.
• Create event timelines and checklists; run post-event surveys to measure attendance, satisfaction, and ROI.
• Work with communications to distribute announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, and calendar invites.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of employee programs; maintain annual engagement calendar.
• Greet visitors, sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and maintain reception areas.
