DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ is hiring an Employee Relations Manager (Talent Support Manager). You will advise leaders, guide performance discussions, and shape employee relations with a fair, data-driven approach.

You’ll partner with multiple departments, manage initiatives, and drive improvements in Talent Support practices while supporting a strong, people-first culture. Hybrid work with on-site four days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on Employee Relations or advisory support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills balancing employee and business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising and coaching leaders on policies, practices, and employee relations to uphold core principles with fairness.
• Partnering with managers across all departments to guide performance conversations and internal reviews.
• Identifying trends in performance and employee relations and recommending data-informed solutions.
• Serving as primary point of contact for Talent Support inquiries with responsive care.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Leave, Legal, Benefits, HRBPs, and other partners.
• Managing multiple Talent Support initiatives and projects with timely delivery.
