Job summary

Northspyre is seeking a People Operations & Culture Specialist to enhance our Atlanta office environment. You will manage onboarding, recruiting coordination, and office systems access while ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on end-to-end people operations in a fast-moving team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a hospitality mindset, capable of balancing HR responsibilities with hands-on office tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee onboarding and people operations workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Hospitality mindset and excellent communication with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day employee and guest experience in the Northspyre office.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, equipment, and system access before start dates.
• Maintain employee information in HR systems and support policy acknowledgements.
