Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees per policy and law.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Open and close the store on a regular basis and ensure staffing.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and performance to meet targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, security and loss prevention.
• Lead customer service excellence and maintain a clean, safe store.
