Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Six months experience in package handling, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock, or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, SWAK, VEDR coaching and dock safety is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and manages staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages and trailer movement.
• Analyzes operational performance and identifies improvement opportunities; implements action plans.
• Leads daily meetings to communicate updates, goals, and accountability to staff and stakeholders.
• Participates in development and administration of employee relations and safety programs.
