Responsibilities

• Own performance design and execution across functions, simplifying processes.
• Lead communications and connect performance to rewards with stakeholders.
• Bring feedback, leadership, and onboarding to teams as needed.
• Review HQ work and tailor it to NAMER region needs.
• Collaborate across global time zones to stand up programs from scratch.
