Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation with the appointment of a People Development Coordinator to join their established People team. This permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers hybrid working and a chance to contribute to a broad People agenda.
You will coordinate and support various People projects, maintain plans and communications, support development and onboarding, and help produce management information.
Coordinating and supporting a range of People projects and initiatives.
Maintaining project plans, actions, resources and communications.
Supporting People Development and employee engagement activities.
Coordinating induction programmes, development days, workshops and wellbeing initiatives.
Supporting recruitment, attraction and onboarding activity when required.
Maintaining People guidance, templates and resources.
Maintaining accurate People information, trackers and project documentation.
Producing and collating reports and management information.
Supporting the effective use and development of People systems and digital processes.
Coordinating meetings, events and activities, including communications and follow-up actions.
Building positive relationships with managers, colleagues and stakeholders.
Taking ownership of allocated activities and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
Providing wider support to the People team as priorities change.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
A proactive approach and the confidence to use your own initiative.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence using Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A solutions-focused approach and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Previous experience within a People/HR environment would be advantageous, as would experience producing reports or management information, recruitment and onboarding.

£28,935 per annum pro rata (£17,595 actual salary)
