Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Manager, People Data Governance to build a scalable, trusted data foundation across the organization. You will define governance standards, own master data quality, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance to enable reliable reporting and smarter people analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR data management, governance, or analytics.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Experience developing data standards, definitions, or governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce people data governance standards across core HR domains.
• Maintain the people data dictionary and documentation supporting reporting.
• Lead data audits and ensure accuracy and integrity of workforce data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytics.
• Establish governance practices for access, security, and compliance.
