Job summary

Cohere is seeking a People Operations Manager to own people data, reporting, and a slice of operational work that generates it. You’ll own headcount, attrition and cost reporting, define metrics, and manage benefits administration and employee records end to end.

You’ll join a small HR Operations team during a Rippling implementation, enabling real influence over data structure for years to come while supporting multi-country HR processes and data governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people analytics and reporting experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Experience delivering people operations solutions across the talent journey.
• Experience in HRIS implementation or migration.
• Proficient in building reports from scratch and clarifying data sources.
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues with reliable analytics data.
• Strong written communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount, attrition and people cost reporting end to end.
• Build exec and board level reporting for leadership.
• Define metrics meaning and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Reconcile People and Finance headcount and cleanse taxonomies.
• Own employee data model and governance with HRIS teams.
• Manage benefits administration, records and inquiries.
• Make reporting self-serve by automating recurring reports.
