Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to own end-to-end data infrastructure for People Analytics. You will ingest, cleanse, and model diverse HR data to empower analysts and stakeholders with reliable datasets for decision making.

You’ll design robust ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level SQL and advanced Python.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data lakes (S3, ADLS).
• Solid data modeling (Kimball) and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from HRIS/ATS/LMS into our data platform.
• Develop, maintain, and govern scalable data models, schemas, and ontologies for analytics.
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and tooling, promoting engineering best practices and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into robust data solutions.
• Implement and monitor data quality checks and ensure data reliability across systems.
• Document pipelines, models, and processes; advocate CI/CD and version control.
