JobScore, Inc. is seeking a People Data Engineer to build and operate the data and AI foundation powering people analytics, workforce insights, and AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on scalable data models, pipelines, and governance within an enterprise data platform and Workday integrations. The candidate will partner with HR technology, security, and analytics teams to implement automated quality controls and data lineage while ensuring privacy and governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, cloud data platforms, version control, and automated testing.
• Experience with HR data, Workday, enterprise data warehouses, or AI/ML data enablement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable people-data models in the enterprise data warehouse.
• Develop data pipelines, APIs, interfaces, and integrations with Workday and HR systems.
• Translate business definitions into technical data specs and maintain data documentation.
• Collaborate with data teams, HR tech, security, and stakeholders on onboarding and releases.
• Establish data quality monitoring, lineage, and governance practices.
