• Partner with HR teams to plan and execute talent initiatives, including reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles.
• Act as an initial point of contact for guidance on managing employee performance issues.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to generate insights and inform leadership recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic HR priorities, including process optimization and employee experience enhancements.
• Advance technology enabled solutions, including Workday, ServiceNow, and AI/RPA initiatives.
