Qualifications

• Experience with Excel to manage data and tracking.
• Strong interpersonal skills for in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies; UKG onboarding familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue offer letters to new hires.
• Launch and process onboarding through UKG Onboarding module, validating information.
• Connect new hires with perks and benefits offered by the company.
• Prepare employee badges, name tags, and related materials.
• Assist J1 Visa participants with transition and work aspects.
• Support P&C Office management, front desk operations, and communications.
