Alyeska Resort is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to foster a positive, inclusive workplace and support day-to-day personnel needs at our Girdwood location. You will manage onboarding processes, assist employees, and act as a friendly ambassador for Alyeska's values, contributing to a welcoming employee journey.

Responsibilities include handling offer letters, onboarding in UKG, connecting new hires with perks, preparing badges, supporting J1 visa participants, and assisting the P&C

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for staff interaction.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, including UKG.

Responsabilités

• Issue and welcome new hires with offer letters.
• Process onboarding paperwork in UKG and validate details.
• Help new hires access perks and benefits.
• Prepare employee badges and name tags.
• Assist J1 visa participants with required steps and guidance.
• Support front desk operations and P&C office communications.
