Job summary

A child-focused service provider is looking for a part-time HR Specialist to support their mission in providing ABA services. The role requires a commitment of 20 hours weekly with a hybrid work model, involving 2 days on-site and 1 day remote. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates have HR certifications, a bachelor's degree, and substantial HR management experience, alongside strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of human resource management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience directing a department.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Own payroll processing and ensure compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze key HR metrics to support decision-making.
