Foodera Technologies is seeking a People & Culture Advisor in Caldwell, Idaho. You will be the primary HR resource for employees and managers, handling employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation while rolling out site programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, clear communication, and a working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruiting fundamentals. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR Generalist/HR support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (BambooHR).
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first contact for employee relations at the Caldwell facility.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation, performance management and discipline.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for openings.
• Maintain HR documentation, audits, and HRIS records.
• Support investigations, unemployment claims, and leave requests.
• Lead employee engagement activities at the site.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
