Job summary

Favor is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks, support onboarding, benefits, and maintain HRIS data accuracy. You will partner with our parent company H-E-B and help ensure smooth HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities include benefits program management, new hire onboarding, offboarding, system administration of Workday and other platforms, and payroll coordination with H-E-B.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable training relevant to HR operations.
• 3+ years’ experience in benefits, data analysis, payroll, HR systems.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits landscape and compliance.
• Foundational knowledge of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, EEOC).
• Able to lift ~30 lbs and handle office logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration end-to-end (open enrollment, new hire enrollment, leaves).
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and data integrity in HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with H-E-B and keep records compliant.
• Develop HR communications and training materials for employees.
• Support HR systems administration (Workday, Lattice) and reporting.
