Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) to own HR services and optimize processes across the employee lifecycle, acting as the go-to SME for our HR system HiBob.

You will join the People & Culture team, interface with managers and employees, drive service quality, analyse data, prepare reports with Payroll, Finance and IT, and contribute to projects like automation and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with the HR system HiBob and across the employee lifecycle.
• Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
• High affinity for systems and data, with strong analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and confident presence.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving HR services.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics.
• Functional ownership of the HR system HiBob (configuration, optimization, data quality).
• Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements.

To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system HiBob.

In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape.
