deltaVision GmbH in Germany is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and drive key people initiatives across organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.

You will partner with leaders to align people and business strategies, design and implement HR concepts and programs, support succession planning, and use HR data to guide decisions. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Several years of HRBP experience in a strategic role.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
• Mand‑on mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Business proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
