Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding.
• Create policies to ensure legal compliance and consistent practices.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts fairly.
• Design and deliver training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and salary reviews.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accurate systems.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices for improvement.
• Collaborate with executives on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Foster a positive culture promoting engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Support HR leadership with tasks/projects as assigned.
