Job summary

Falcon Ambulance is seeking an Employee Experience (HR) Manager to lead the strategy for enhancing the employee lifecycle across Alameda and Santa Clara County stations. This exempt, full-time role reports to the VP of People and focuses on culture, engagement, and HR excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and a credential such as SHRM/HRCP. On-site work in Alameda/Santa Clara County required with ADP/HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years human resources related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other field and/or equivalent experience.
• HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) credential preferred.
• Ability to visit Falcon’s (local) regional stations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an employee experience strategy aligned with Falcon’s objectives.
• Develop initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with managers to embed culture into daily operations and communications.
• Support recruiting to hire the best talent in the industry.
• Lead onboarding to promote early connection with Falcon culture.
• Manage employee records and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee leave administration and benefits inquiries.
• Direct employee relations and performance management processes.
